Try Rawk at home. If it is not right for you, request a return within seven days after delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price. We provide a prepaid US return label.

The seven-day guarantee does not replace or shorten your existing 30-day return window.

Contact support within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Support provides the prepaid US return label and return instructions. Refund processing time depends on your bank.

For questions about a return after the first seven days, ask support to confirm the applicable refund details before sending the package.

2. Include your order reference and the help you need. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or private receipt links.
3. Follow the return instructions and use the provided prepaid US label.

Contact support to request cancellation before shipment. Usable app access is required before shipping. If an order has not shipped within 30 calendar days of purchase, the full payment is refunded to the original payment method.
