A shared family focus routine.

Rawk can make a phone break a shared physical routine. It is not a child-monitoring service or a substitute for Apple’s parental controls.

Agree on the routine

Choose a time to put distractions aside, such as dinner, reading or homework. Each person should understand which supported apps are selected and how to restore access. Leave essential communication and daily tools unselected.

Keep the rock accessible when needed. Explain the emergency reset before starting. Rawk does not promise that a person cannot end a restriction.

Individual authorization is different

Rawk’s current setup uses individual Apple Screen Time authorization. It does not offer a parent dashboard, remote monitoring or a parent-only unlock promise. Individual authorization can be revoked in Settings.

Apple’s Family Sharing and parental-control flows have different rules. Do not assume Rawk will manage a child account just because a family has multiple iPhones. Check your exact setup with support.

What Rawk does not do

Rawk does not inspect messages, report browsing activity to a parent, or filter content within an app that remains available. Read app blocking versus content filtering and the app privacy policy.

No focus tool guarantees better grades, a particular reduction in screen time or a clinical benefit. Choose a routine that fits the people using it.

Buying for more than one person

Rawk Family contains five physical rocks for $299 total. Rawk Couple contains two for $149 total. These quantities describe rocks, not a verified number of child accounts or remote management seats.

Review bundle pricing and iPhone compatibility before purchase.
