Rawk app setup and help.

1. Open Rawk and tap Pair your Rawk.
2. Hold the top of your iPhone near the physical rock while the scanner is open.
3. Allow Screen Time access and choose at least one supported distracting app. You can choose up to 50.
4. Continue to finish setup.

The selector is a searchable catalog of supported apps, not a list of installed apps or your most-used Screen Time apps. Selections cannot be edited during an active session.

Tap the onscreen Rawk to start immediately. The default duration is Until Rawk scanned; you can choose a timer instead. During focus, tap End to open the foreground scanner, then scan your paired physical Rawk. A timed session also restores access when its deadline ends.

iOS may return restored apps to App Library rather than their original Home Screen locations. Search App Library and add the app back to the Home Screen if needed.

Open Rawk Settings and hold Emergency reset for three seconds. This restores access and removes pairing while keeping your chosen apps. Pair again to continue using Rawk.

Individual Screen Time access for Rawk can also be revoked in iOS Settings. Rawk is not an unbreakable lock. Keep essential apps unselected and learn the reset before relying on a session.

Open the Rawk scanner, use the paired physical rock and hold the top of the iPhone near it. A different rock will not end a session paired to another identifier. Follow any scan error shown in the app.

If scanning still fails, use Emergency reset when you need access, then contact support with your iPhone model, iOS version, Rawk version and the error you saw.

An NFC notification can open Rawk. If iOS opens a browser instead, use Open Rawk on the tag page. Confirm Rawk is installed and open it once. After pairing and setup, a matching tag link can start a session with your saved duration. A link alone never ends an active session; use End and the foreground scanner to restore access.
