When orders dispatch
Orders placed before 3 PM Eastern dispatch the same business day. Later orders dispatch the next business day. Dispatch is when the order ships; delivery is when the carrier brings it to you.
The standard delivery estimate is 2–5 business days. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout. The stated offer covers US shipping; international availability is not promised.
App access before shipping
Usable Rawk app access must be provided before shipment. If an order has not shipped within 30 calendar days of purchase, the full payment is refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing time depends on your bank.
This is the order-policy backstop. It is separate from the return window that starts after delivery. See order terms.
Returns and cancellations
Rawk has a 7-day money-back guarantee after delivery: request a return within seven days for a full refund of the product purchase price. The 30-day return window remains available. A prepaid US return label is provided.
For a return or cancellation of an unshipped order, contact support. See the full return instructions.
